I would "go do it" right now if I had the credit to do so.

I have a friend who is a landlord. He doesn't seem to make such a big deal out of it. He owns a house and rents it to his friends, but he does it all by the books.

Rest assured I will still be here. I can foresee the future.... people will say "see wasn't as easy as you thought, was it?" But then I will get it right. And my posts will be considered less troll-like.
