Hey..I put no smoking in my lease.

Smoking is not against the law.

BUT..the court will uphold my lease provisions.

I don't care if they own guns...just keep them at the gun club.

It is legal to have marijuana in Colorado now...but..the lease says no keeping marijuana in the units. The court will uphold it.

Smoking tobacco and marijuana causes damage to property. Shotguns in the closet do not.

Judge doesn't care. What are the provisions of the lease. Period.

A Judge will not evict over shotguns in a closet. Do you have a source that says it happens?
