i'm trying to get an eviction done for some tenants that been on my property not paying for TOO DAMN LONG. And was wondering, should I hire an attorney? or do the process myself? I figure id be throwing money away paying for an 1,000-2,000 attorney who probably isn't doing anything different from what ill be doing

If you don't know your state's LL/T laws, and eviction laws, inside and out, and know how to evict people the lawful way by doing it yourself, then, yes, you do need to hire an attorney.
