I know it is confusing. The property is in the boys moms trust. 50/50 written if my husband does not survive the settlor, or fails to survive the distribution of the trust estate then the share of such deceased beneficiary shall be distributed to me. If his brother dose not survive the settlor or fails to survive the distribution of the trust then it will be his wife's. he has not had anything to do with the property as to helping to do anything for 9 years. Now that my husband has passed he believes he is the trustee and can do what he wishes as to breaking leases. I just want to know my rights and if he has to uphold the lease I have? and what are my rights It is hard to explain in just a few words. Sorry
