obviously you don't know how to read. tenant knocked plug loose from wall under the sink while placing her belongings under it. and the sink was NOT leaking prior to her father messing with it.

Why didn't your husband notice and fix these things before hand. If a plug is easily knocked loose, it;s in the wrong place or defective. The faucets low water pressure should have been taken care up also. A good plumber could have flushed the water line to dislodge any pebble, besides if you had two plumbers to look at it, that says there's a problem.
