Is it true that REIA groups are private for profit businesses for the owners of the group.
I always thought it was just a group of like minded people looking out for each other.
No wonder it is so expensive to join!
Still pondering whether to stay in my group. I'm glad I found this site.

Yes. It is a business and they want your money. Lots of it. I steer clear.

The internet now provides me with what I need and I don't have to spend tons of money in local groups. I can have LPA + MrLL for 10 years for less than the cost of 1 in my local group!
