So I am looking for suggestions on this one. My friend who owns a house together with her grown son. He was just in a bad car accident and is hospitalized and has been for a couple of weeks. This will be a very long hospital stay, in the meantime his ex-girlfriend who lived with him and was trying to find housing but not really trying to because this was a free ride for her (she pays nothing). His son who has CF and has always lived with Dad because he takes better care of him with the help of his mother than the drug addicted mother who lives elsewhere. The only real home this child knows is with Dad. The ex took the child and brought him to the drugged addicted mother and she will not leave the house (remember this is a freebee for her) and the grandmother wants the child back in his home. She needs to get the free loader out and will begin the eviction process. Looking for suggestions from people please on the best root. Thank you in advance

Eviction is only way at this point. Your local court should have ppl that can steer you in right direction and process to follow.
