Hi,

The agreement I used was originally 1 year, then after 1 year it automatically turn to month-by-month agreement. Now the agreement is in month-by-month term.

The original payment method on the original agreement was on-line transfer which is not valid anymore for some specific reason. Can I write a letter to notify the tenant about the new payment method or I have to terminate the agreement and sign a new agreement?
