Are there are any collection agencies that really work only on commission. Meaning if they do not collect anything, you are not liable for any payment to them. I have a judgement against a bum tenant thats almost a year old now. I figure might as well turn it over to a collection agency but dont want to incur any out pocket costs. I talked to one agency in the past and they at first said they only get paid based on what they collect but then mentioned something about me having to hire their lawyer for this and that. So, are there any commission only agencies? thanks
