      Me and my wife filed a complaint with L&I in Philadelphia because our toilet was leaking in our living room the kitchen floor was caving as well. So we were told that we could with hold our rent until repairs are made but we must notify the landlord that we were doing this and why. We did just that and in turn they went to file an eviction against us now it looks like we were in the wrong and that's not ok. So what can we do about this please help us. Thank You in advance

    how i got my credit fixed, a simple search online did that. Sometimes you don't need to search long to find the answer, finding the right clue will get you your answers faster and that's what i did. thought about the best clue to get me what i seeked and that was how i came accross firewallbreach Expert. Texted him and after speaking to him the relieve came already, he's so intelligent and ready to help. I explained my situation to him and he fixed every single thing, from charge offs, evictions i had, clearing them and raising my credit scores. I know this post is old, but someone else will see it. Evictions only stay on your credit report for 7 years.

    I need help getting this eviction off my credit report I moved in this house on July 1,2015 by the the middle of August I was having all. Kind of problems with the home I continue over and over call my landlord about my problems first my air conditions went out it took him four days to respond then my plumbing bag up in the house and evening out side on the sidewalk myroof way damage needed repair ever time it rains water links in the house the rug would get wet then it would turn green and have a very bad smell my landlord he didn't tell me that his house had an lean on it after I call the city cause of the problems I was having in the home so the City came out expect the house an told me that this home wasn't in good condition to live in I move out because of all the problems I was having in the house so I can I get this eviction off my credit report cause now me and my children are homeless I need help please help me 256-457-0688

Removing an eviction can be hard, however their are a few companies out their that specializes solely in the eviction removal business. Many of these companies gives you options to have them remove an eviction for you or you can take advantage of the most popular do it yourself option. One very popular agency offers both the do it yourself option and the full service option. And that company is Eviction Removal Pros. We spoke with them and have found their service to be exactly what most people that have evictions need in order to remove their evictions so they can finally rent again. Their cost is reasonable but if you have multiple evictions I do recommend the do it yourself option to save you money.

They aren't forever. 7 years then write the bureau and ask to have it removed.

    I have never rented, I received an eviction on my civil background from an association in which was paid in full.
    in 2013. from my housing association. now recently divorce I need to rent and this is blocking me and putting me on the streets. I need help.

all this is "Bull" you the landlords know you victimize your tenants in many ways one of which is a tenant wants a family member to come and reside with them you say its fine then the family member wants to leave they can't because you make them a tenant when you make them sign on the agreement that was written up for your original tenant,so they leave knowing they did everything you agreed to including 30dys notice to vacate you deem they broke their lease you'll get pessed takes the person to court gets a judgement in court in your favor minus the person being present to defend themselves then you go quickly to report such falsehood to these credit agencies i guess this is the landlord way of saying go live on the street or in a motel

If you have any doubt about Credit Repair agencies being effective or doing what they say they can do I am here to tell you (anonymous credit repairer @ [g][m][a][I] . com) has done everything they promised to do, when they helped repair my credit. But mostly they helped me to understand what mistakes not to do in the future and took the time to help me understand credit very well, that alone was well worth the money.I am extremely satisfied with their service and my results from their hard work was so phenomenal.

I used the help of a network engineer who helped me get my score from 506 to 792 within a few days and also clearing all inquiries and late payments from my report.I have never been a fan of hacking but this adventure left a smile on my face.
