Notice To Comply - Lease Enforcement
Be ready to help your tenants live up to their lease agreement

A Notice to Comply is a lease enforcer used to keep your tenants from forgetting any outstanding items required for your information or lease requirements. Sometimes a lease is executed while certain items are not present as they should be. Other items you require may not be available until sometime after the lease signing.

Important items you may need to complete your tenant file may include:

  • Various Service contracts for which the tenant agrees to be responsible, such as heating service contract, landscaping, cleaning, exterminating, etc.
  • "Copy of Renters Insurance Policy"
  • Tenant's new telephone #
  • Unpaid charges

The Notice to Comply with lease terms and submit items is a simple, straight forward checklist form to request tenant compliance officially and in writing. The tenants will know they are dealing with a landlord who expects the lease to be adhered to when they are notified to submit items as agreed. Since we have all different types of landlords as well as tenants, all tenants need to be told what exactly you expect of them.
