NOTICE PERIOD TO TERMINATE TENANCY: (LPA Lease Clause # 28)

  • month to month tenancy: 1 rental period written notice
  • year to year: 60 days written notice within 4 months from end of lease term.

    NOTICE PERIOD TO CURE DEFAULT ON LEASE:
    -

  • Non-payment: 5 days
  • Lease Violations: 10 days. (LPA Lease Clause # 25)

    LATE CHARGES: as agreed in Lease Rental Agreement.

    SECURITY DEPOSIT: As agreed.
    - (LPA Lease Clause # 21)

    SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN: 30 Days - (LPA Lease Clause # 22)
