1) There are no renters with badly behaved dogs and cats (no one will addmit)
2) A cat pees on your floor and you have to replace everything.
3) A dog bites and you better have a darn good lawyer
4) When I was a tenant with a dog, I payed 900 in rent and was charged $15 per month for the doggie.
5) I had "well behaved" tenants once with "well behaved" little pooch, who peed and pooped on my carpet in front of me (the doggie, not the tenant) ....
