Hi Katie...I too got the SAME EMAIL on July 18th as well! The only difference was that he used a different name. He called himself Andrew Cole!

I also got another email from another man claiming to be an engineer coming from the UK. He wasn't as willing to give out all his info, but he also wanted to pay before signing a lease and he didn't want to sign a lease until he got here. Have you had any other correspondence from anyone else claiming to be from the UK?

I also received the same exact email to the exact degree, using the name Andrew Cole. What is this all about, and who is doing it? Crazy.

thks for the comments..i had the same letter recently but i didnt google either his name or the company and i already gave him my address cos according to him he gonna send me cheque....anyway after i didnt hear from him he kindda let me know that the money is on the way...my daughter told me to google and was surprised what i just read...

Hey, I got a response with the same message about a house in Miss. His name is J Joseph Matthew. Red flags went up all in me when I read about the access money in the check. Scam, scam, scam written all over this one. Hope no one gets caught up in this kind of thing.

I received the identical information but, his name was Allan Lee. Same info, employer, addresses. He didn't get any money from us but he sure has caused us alot of hassle.
