I would start the eviction and if they would show up at your house just dont answer the door and call the police and video tape or record any type of threats that they are doing. If they insist that they left money then tell them to file a police report but your starting the eviction. Dont let them waste anymore of your time. I learned from these type of situations that after no payment to issue the pay or quit and then start eviction. I would probably call the police and file a report to have it on file for future refferance,tell the police that they are making threats against you.
