If the LL is really not responding to the requests for weatherstripping at the doors, you may just want to pick up some inexpensive weatherstripping at a big box store and install it yourself -- takes minutes and you'll more than recoup the expense in savings on your utility bills.

I probably should. We have a large gap at the bottom of the laundry room door. Sometimes I get to the point of not doing it out of spite. I have made a few complaints about speeding neighbors and people letting their pets run loose and using the bathroom in our area, yet they do nothing about it. Basically, I don't want to do anything that they should be doing even though it would benefit me in the long run. I would much rather deal with a single landlord instead of a corporation.
