the key words here are "the roach" so the tenant has only seen ONE roach, we're not talking about an infestation here this is why the owner blew them off, plus the apartment was delivered bug free, and that is where the owner's responsibility ends i had one tenant call me in a panic because there was ONE fly in her apartment (of course, she had opened her window & screen, and that is how it got in) this person's single roach probably hitched a ride in something brought in from outside but if they are paranoid, here is the solution: go to walgreens, buy a tube of Combat Roach Killing Gel 1 for $5.99, and apply as directed
