could I possibly run into any difficulty considering I do have the tenants names but not SS#'s?... thanks for the response!

Use the names you have. You do not need SS#'s. But do tack on the wording "and all others" to cover any and all unauthorized tenants. It will also cover those who are going by aliases or nicknames.
