18 year olds can have excellent credit. Are you 100% sure the people you called were her actual landlords? I had someone give me a fake employer phone number and a fake landlord phone number who identified me with caller ID. I have believed every story in the book and have suffered for it. I have also learned quite a bit from this website and that is to prescreen very carefully. Can you verify that her last known address on her credit report is actually owned by the person she claimed to be her landlord? You could call the town records department to verify who the owner is... unless it's a management company.

Huh? Where did the original post say she is 18? Did I miss something or was this posted to the wrong thread?
