This applicant will not be living alone. Others are waiting as soon as you are around the corner. The applicant may not even be the one that is moving in. There is a high likelihood that a trail of unemployed, unauthorized tenants will follow this applicant into your rental. Much of it will not be good.

Most escort/prostitutes/whatever do NOT work out of their own homes. In fact, it is EXTREMELY rare that one will. It's a safety issue. No, the business is not a totally safe one to begin with, but taking your work home is one of the absolute dumbest things you can do in the business. If she has the money to pay for her bills with no problem, then she's clearly doing it the "right" way and is not bringing clients into her home.
