I would rent to her ONLY if you can verify the last 2 places she lived in and talk to the landlords. If it was an apt complex those are easy to find who to talk to. I would also ask for 1st, last and security. Make sure she knows that you will post a p&q notice on the 2nd as you will not tolerate late payments.
