No way. The real problem with this person's occupation is that it is ALL undocumented because it is ALL paid in cash. Ask for her for her last two W-2s. Most of these folks don't file income tax. Most of these folks will not have a bank account. They won't have credit. How do you know for sure you actually have her credit report? I am against accepting a tenant who does not file income tax. Is that discrimination or just good common sense?

Sound discriminatory to me anyway. Looks like common sense, but a judge will not see you side. It's exactly the same than not taking a family of five because the mother has not a 740 credit score. You just find a way to discard a women because she is an escort, as you find a way to say no to a single mother because she has 4 children. Something's wrong

Prostitute is not a protected class under the law. Discrimination is regarding race, religion, disability. Does not apply to this case. She does not have verifiable income. Good reason to reject rental.

well... what about Paris Hilton ? She does not have verifiable income, too, but I am sure you will rent to her.
