In MN, I do. It's a court rule, and a way to lilmit evictions. Negotiate a move out if you can.

This is not a hard and fast rule in every court. If you are a Single Member LLC the courts can and have viewed you as the same as the LLC. The assumption to this law/rule is that the LLC is owned by numerous people not 1 person, if 1 person is the LLC then the law doesn't make the distinction that the LLC is separate from you. Research further as the answer isn't a clear one. Be specific if you are a Single Member LLC that changes things A lot.
