You can change the lock and leave a note advising the tenant when and where the key can be picked up during business hours. If the tenant calls in the morning you can say it will be the afternoon when the key can be picked up. Perhaps the tenant will get tired of picking up keys everytime you change locks. Make it a requirement to return the old key when picking up the new key. After changing the locks two or three times you start the rotation over.

I think that is VERY dangerous, and legally probably very wrong, information. You are in the middle of an eviction. I cannot imagine a judge's wrath if you locked her out at this pointin time. Allow her the 10 days (or whatever it is given by law) or get her to sign a document giving you possession. I have tenants who don't lock up while they live there. Be sure your insurance is paid up and wait out your time.

Also, it might be wise to not keep 'checking up on the property.' You're walking a line where it could be considered harassment, especially during an eviction.
Check on the LAST day. If the tenants and their belongings are not out by the date issued by the judge, then you contact the court.
