You do know that Colorado has a Smoke Free law? Example;
Colorado's Clean Indoor Air Act of 2006 requires no-smoking policies in all common areas and 15 feet from the main entryway of any residential apartment building.

Also here is some of the ways you could have liablity to the tenant for secondhand smoke;

Geez... what part of "clean INDOOR AIR ACT" did you think covered streets? and other public OUTDOOR areas?

If you had read the Clean indoor Air Act, you would have found out that it applys to outdoor public areas also. Your stupidity is showing when you make such remarks without reading the act. You can read, can't you?
