i hope you realize that if you cut this tree and damage it in anyway the property owner will not only win a judgment for the value of the tree but also for the amount that such action will devalue their property overall. Healthy trees add considerable value to a property especially a mature, healthy Oak tree. Expect to be hit with a minimum of $10,000 for just property value alone.
