Other have already answered your question - anything you do to delay this will hurt both you and your LL. Having an eviction record will prevent you from having any decent housing in the future for a long time. No one here is going to tell you any IMMORAL trick to hurt your LL any further.

You said that you are "moral person", what you attempt to do is IMMORAL. Your LL has no moral/legal obligation to give a reason to ask you to leave, nor to let you stay just because you pay rent on time. If you want to stay for as long or short as you want by paying your payment on time, you need to OWN the property, not RENT.
