You sir, are a selfish prick. It's inconvenient for you to move, yes. It's inconvenient for the landlord to have to go through a process to evict you as well. Someone here is going to be inconvenienced, one legally and one illegally. What do you think is better? To do this the legal way or the illegal way. There is no continuance here. This isn't a dispute because you didn't pay rent or something. The judge won't allow any more time due to how cut and dry this case is. You were given notice to move in a legal manner. Your past rent history and how inconvenient it is for you to move is not even going to be considered here. What will be considered is did the landlord give you notice to vacate within a legal time frame and in accordance win your lease. The answer is easily yes. Your only defense is its an inconvenience to you. Tough doodie!!!! That's not a legal defense. That's a man being a pussy's defense. Man up, take some responsibility and move on.
