Go to your college housing office and see if they can find you a dorm room to tide you over until you finish your schooling.

I do think you are a troll by the way......if you are a real college student I think you would get the point by now. You can't stay. You have no legal recourse here except to trash your own credit standing with an eviction.

What degree are you working on exactly?
