You have no obligation to meet with this tenant... Ever.

She was evicted. If she returns to the property it is criminal tresspassing.

Tell her to text her new address to you and when you get back over there you will stuff it into an envelop to mail to her. Tell her it is the only way you choose to deal with this. You will not meet her. Anywhere. Anytime

Maybe you will get an address out of her. Maybe if she thinks it is the only way.

So just to be clear if an evictee returns to the property and tries to check their mail box for mail they are trespassing and if so can the police be called?
