there family here where i live they are on section 8 there are about 30 people living in that one bedroom apartment there is this one male about 25 years old i made complaint against him to the police because he is always harassing me when ever he see me he always standing around the building with his friends drinking smoking marijuana i complaint to he handy man in apt 17 he is scared of him i complaint to the property owner sterling i send him letters about the situation he turn blind eye i dont know what else to do please help me this person is out of control i desperately need your assistance because everytime the family see me in the front building they say this to me ha ha you cant do anything to us because we are on section 8 these people always having lost of people in and out of that aptartment living there it looks like a bus station please help me do something thank you june 4 2013
