This is no longer a tenant. Post office isn't going to re key a box for a tenant that was evicted from the place.

This was advice for future reference. Why are people so fast to correct ever statement made on this board. Not raised right? lack of self-esteem? or just a prick?

People are quick to correct misstatements and errors of fact because many newbies come here looking for help, they aren't necessarily going to know straight off what advice to take to heart. It is important to stick to topic and offer information based on experience in the same situation. Unrelated information may just confuse rather than inform
