a partition action would allow any of the parties to eventually pay off the others and retain ownership- if the price can be worked out. Since the parties can't agree, the judge makes the ultimate decision.

Most times, by the time the court fees & attorney fees are paid, working it out yourselves is much more affordable.

Of course, someone must have the available funds, the ability to obtain financing, or (not likely) work out a private payment plan with the other owners.
