OMG-I think you have one of my tenant's clones. I recently have had the exact same situation with the smoke smell and her intolerance of the other tenants-complaining about their behaviors. We never know if some of these folks have mental issues even if they look pretty "functional" or are just out-and-out self-centered and entitled. I am a retired schoolteacher turned landlord. Many of these folks are products of the generation whose parents have coddled and did not expect their children to resolve issues on their own.We have to either "train" them or let them go to save your energy and sanity.
