You're so timid about everything your units must sit vacant year round, or with horrible tenants you allowed in for fear of lawsuits. If someone breaks wind next to you you have a heart attack.

Actually, he doesn't have tenants. He isn't even a landlord. He just likes to offer advice.

This is advice regarding the proper handling of a NSF check, which is not the sole market of landlords.
