I would recommend restricting pit bulls, staffordshire terriers and American bulldogs. I'm not personally a breed hater but I am realistic and when it comes to renters many do not like to visit a property and see a ton of people with large dogs that look like pit bulls. The bottom line is that as land lord you can restrict by breed or weight as long as you follow the fair housing guidelines of your state and county.
