I let my nephew live with me about 10 months ago because he was put out of his apartment because of weed smoking and late rent.I let him rent my basement and he got angry when I told him to stop smoking and to stop having different women overnight in my home,well it ended with him totally disrespecting me and I told him that he had to go and that was Jan 31,2014 and he said he was leaving the next day,he still here avoiding me said he was going to pay his rent on the 15th of the month.I want him to leave what should I do?

I have a situation where my wife that I am separated from has allowed her son to move in to the home we both own. He is suppose to be taking care of her and paid by the state to do so which he is not. She would like for him to get out but seem to be afraid. I want him out because: failure to treat property with respect, inviting on to the property unscrupulous persons, smoking where oxygen is present, putting property at risk by driving without a license, threatening and assaulting property owner physically and verbally. How can I get him out?
