At the top of your post, it states " house we share that I own " If you ALONE own the house, and you were BF/GF, and you weren't charging her any rent, or for any utilities, or separating out other household bills, then you do not have a landlord / tenant relationship. That means you can put her out at any time, and don't need a reason, except to say you don't get along with each other. This is no different than when the parents of an adult child have to throw out their child, because they have overstayed their welcome in their parents home. You don't need an eviction court, UNLESS you have a LL/T relationship. Do you have one ??
