Re: Can we refuse Section 8 tenants? - Landlord Forum thread 317930

Re: Can we refuse Section 8 tenants? by Truthful on April 24, 2014 @23:45

This is very true. I am a tenant with a section 8 voucher. I am an excellent tenant and my landlords have always been very impressed with the cleanliness and care that I take when renting their property. I am currently on disability from my health condition, but attending school with the hope of returning to a financially independent lifestyle without section 8 and other assistance. It is true that there are some really great people with unfortunate circumstances that may need assistance to pay for their rent. This does not make them bad tenants or "low class people." Thank you for your understanding.
