Hello on exactly what list did you see that rottweilers are considered an aggressive dog breed? I ask because even according to the ASPCA/humane society and other agencies a Rott is considered a work dog and semi territorial and not considered to be an aggressive dog at all. hell they even adopt 5 year old males out..
and according to the goverment the most aggressive dog breed are..
1.weenie dogs Dachshund
2.chihuahuas
3.jack russells
so please stop fear mongering amongst yourselves and get your facts right.. it make us tenants lifes hard who happen to own a dog that you consider aggressive with out the proper facts.
With Breed Specific Legislation acts being brought forward in more and more areas across the country, dogs like Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers and other “scary” looking breeds are in danger of losing their homes and even their lives. These breeds are often touted as being extremely aggressive – however a new study released this week in the journal of Applied Animal Behavior Science provides some statistical facts on what breeds actually ARE the most aggressive – and the answers may surprise you!
