Thank you so much. After we were told to not pay the rent by the property manager, we had some plumbing issues (just a clogged bathtub), but had to have someone unplug it. I contacted the property manager again and asked what I should do and he told me that I would be responsible for fixing anything that broke since they weren't collecting rent anymore. I've done some research and don't believe that was correct, but luckily nothing major happened and we just had to pay to have the drain unclogged.
