I would never make a business model that begins with assuming a judge that hears the case is stupid.

Anyone can see through that scheme

And...seasonal rentals are not treated differently while not being different.

Provide everything (furniture, dishes, curtains, rugs, pots and pans, all utilities, all housewares, brooms, shovels, etc). and you can claim seasonal. Otherwise you are a ordinary rental trying to skirt the law.
