Invest in electronic locks that have WI-fi capability... sooooo worth the time and expense. We have them on front and back door and getting ready to install on tenant doors. For another $50 bucks invest in a wi-fi camera to take pics of the people entering front door so you can make sure nobody is giving out code. Trust me... this expense is so very, very well worth the diminished headaches of keys, re-keying changing locks, unauthorized visitors...
