"Whether you are a landlord or a convicted sex offender, a good lawyer will be able to advise you of your rights and duties."
First, would you please cease and desist with the legalize for just a minute? You don't need to clog this forum with paragraph after paragrapgh of copied material. It really is not that helpful. Just tell people how or where to find the info and let it go. We'll still be impressed by your breadth of knowledge and your Internet search skills.
Second, OP is neither a landlord nor a convicted sex offender. So, how is that part of your post even applicable?

Don't know what your problem is, but like a few other landlords. I did not know what a risk level 2 sex offender was. No one forces you to read anyones post, and if you feel whats posted is not helpful to you, it may be helpful to someone else. I rather have correct information posted then something written off the top of someones head that may or may not be correct. I'm wondering just how many of us landlords would know how to handle a sex offender tenant. Compared to some of the stuff posted lately, I'm glad someone post information that can be helpful.
