If it cost $1000 to change a light bulb, would all of you trolls have a different opinion?

There is obviously more going on, such as the LL setting up proper boundaries between LL & TT.

It is stuff like this that ends up with PITA TTs expecting more.

I had a tenant expect my building manager to wait for his cable installer. No big deal, no inconvenience to me our my manager. But I still said no; and this tenant would have expected me To change his baby's diapers

Some things are so minor that a tenant can do it just as easily, and changing a light bulb is just that.
