Kim, another reason that they may have not signed up for ADT monitoring is that ADT and the others require a THREE YEAR contract! You can't just sign up for one year.

We have other local companies that do not require that. And I believe, if you already have the system installed, ADT does not require a three year contract. I think the three year contract only applies if they installed a system for you for free (or really cheap).
