An eviction becomes a permanent part of the tenants background records. Once that court record is created it is forever. Any background search will reveal that eviction record, there isn't anything you need to do except evict them.
You need to have a money judgement against them. Make sure the county court clerk reports it to the big 3 credit agencies. Some counties require additional payment for this service.
