His end date is when he quits or doesn't complete school.
Take his tuition, average books from the total, and just count what is left......

He gets about $1600 per month, but I don't know if that includes his tuition and books or not. It probably does.
I don't understand though. Is the GI Bill for retired military, or disabled, or those in the Reserves? What exactly would he be quitting?
I apologize for my lack of knowledge.

Please don't YELL! I think I am going to pass on these people. They told me that he takes out student loans to pay his car loan and insurance. What? Taking out a loan to pay a loan? Not only is that unethical its a bad business policy!
