You're wrong. Those were the judge's exact words. I had invoices and expert witnesses at trial.

You said trial was next week, not later the same week. You could not wait to make up an answer, thats why you posted just five days later. You had to show how great you are! So sad, so sad!

Are you always so dense? Re-read the OP's post. They said on the 25th (Sunday) that the trial was next week. Makes perfect sense to everyone but you. Also, what does that have to do with the case?
