Re: Unreasonable to forbid nails?

I don't think it's unreasonable, but I would still anticipate having some nail holes regardless of any prohibition. I don't ban nails because I've seen what an improperly removed 3M sticky can do to a wall; it can be a whole lot worse than a small nail hole (though if done right they are great). I would certainly prefer if all tenants used the stickies and used them properly, but in a rental different tenants will put things in different places and some imperfections on the walls are to be expected. The only thing I am concerned with is people nailing/screwing things into the wood.
